Cards and Vouchers:

A card or voucher may only be used once.
E-vouchers are case sensitive, so please enter the code exactly as stated.
E-vouchers and cards displayed from your account or sent via email or SMS are not refundable or exchangeable unless there is a fault on the part of the company.
In some cases, return requests may be considered for regular customers if the voucher was used by mistake.

Other Products:

Handmade products are returnable if the order was not completed on time or if you change your mind.
Products ordered by mistake can be returned as long as their price does not exceed $25, if you are a previous customer of Abu Rahal Pro.

Refund Process:

Refunds via bank transfer or electronic payment may take between 24 hours to 10 business days.
3% of the refund amount will be deducted if payment is made using Visa or MasterCard.
